Track Locations

Talladega Gran Prix Raceway

This wonderful facility is where the ALSCCA currently holds both of it’s Time Trial events.  Located at the base of scenic Cheaha Mountain at 46 Pilgrim Lane, Munford, Alabama 36268, the track offers 1.4 miles of racing per lap.  Many racers have said it is one of the most technical tracks in the southeast.  Originally designed by Ed Bargy for motorcycle racing and constructed in 1985 by brothers' David and Mike Upchurch and Gerald Rhodes, it is considered the perfect beginner’s track but has also been known to reek havoc on advanced drivers as well.  We have a great relationship with this facility and are proud to hold our Time Trial School in the spring as well as our second Time Trial event in the fall at this great circuit.  You can find out more information by visiting them on the web at

Barber Motorsports Park

This already famous facility is where the club holds it's ALSCCA/Atlanta Region Labor Day Double Rational Club Racing event.  This annual tradition is co sanctioned by our friend's at the Atlanta Region and includes both Regional and National level racing at it's finest.  Located at 6030 Barber Motorsports Parkway, Birmingham, AL 35094, the track is literally in our own backyard and is widely known as one of the most beautiful tracks in America today.  George Barber opened the 16 turn, 2.38 mile facility in 2003 and was designed by Alan Wilson.  The facility also includes the Barber Motorsports Museum, which has over 1,200 motorcycles and several Lotus Race cars.  You can also visit them on the web at
