Formed in 1952, the Alabama Region of SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) is the oldest region with a rich history of racing.
New to the amateur sports car racing scene? We invite you to join us for an autocross (solo) to get your feet wet on the cheap. We can almost guarantee you’ll catch the bug!
We race in various formats, ranging from parking lot-sized autocrosses, multi-acre rallycrosses, wheel-to-wheel racing on famous tracks like Barber Motorsports Park, and time trials (time attack racing against the clock) throughout the region. We also take joy in giving back to the community with our teen driver clinics where new drivers can learn car control.
If you like having fun behind the wheel, read on to see all that what we offer and how you can get involved.
